Rochon Sands Provincial Park entrance is located at the Village of Rochon Sands and offers a boat launch, playground, day-use area, swimming area, concession booth, picnic area & shelters and serviced camping sites. Amenities include firepits, free firewood, fish cleaning stand, horseshoe pits, public phone, tap water and a sani-dump. Open year-round, snow conditions permitting; limited facilities and services provided Sept-May. 5 walk-in tenting sites.

Group camping fees range from $120 to $240 per night, depending on group size.
FOR BIRDERS:Buffalo Lake, with its many shallow bays, provides nesting sites for great blue herons, black-crowned night-herons, Canada geese, ducks, common terns, American avocets and ring-billed gulls; Ross' geese, American white pelicans & piping plovers may also be seen; other species include northern orioles, western wood-pewee, great horned & short-eared owls, and golden & bald eagles.
