44St & 47 Ave, 1 block south of Highway 13
The Camrose Railway Station, Museum and Gardens are open on a regular basis from Saturday of the long weekend in May to Saturday of the long weekend in September. Come and experience the warm and peaceful atmosphere of the station and the gardens. The Morgan Garden Railway consists of a G-scale Model train that runs on 200 feet of brass track. It travels through three historic model towns that were part of the Canadian Northern Railway system in the early 1900?s. Enjoy tea and homemade goodies themed pioneer lunch or tea on Saturdays from 10 am to 5pm. Enjoy a journey through our railway history by an interpreter or self-guided tour. Ride the Pump Car and experience how the crew would check the tracks.

Historical Tidbit: The Camrose Canadian Northern Railway Station is a registered historic resource and was built in 1911. Shortly after, ten trains a day traveled through Camrose as there were three railway lines. The Canadian Northern, Grande Trunk and CPR. The railway lines opened up the country. We have the Archives and Library for the Canadian Northern Society in the Camrose Station. Enjoy the stories of the people who worked on the Midland Line. The Canadian Northern Society has restored Stations at Big Valley, Meeting Creek and Donalda.
